Document Writer
The Document Writer feature in DataQI enables users to generate high-quality documents using their own templates and internal data. This tool streamlines repetitive tasks by transforming structured and unstructured inputs into ready-to-use outputs.
What It Does
- Generates documents based on prompts and predefined templates
- Uses live, connected content (files, scraped pages, uploads) as input material
- Supports templated outputs such as meeting notes, reports, RFAs, contracts, summaries, and more
Template Management
- Users create their own templates outside the platform (e.g., in Word or other supported formats)
- Templates can be uploaded into the Document Writer to define document structure, tone, and content layout
- Each assistant can be configured with different templates depending on department or use case
Flexibility
- Document Writers can be configured for any team or process: HR onboarding, sales proposals, legal summaries, financial updates, and more
- Output style and structure can be customised to reflect brand and organisational preferences
Benefits
- Reduces time spent on drafting and formatting documents manually
- Ensures consistency across outputs
- Enables rapid, scalable content generation with full governance
This feature supports faster turnaround times and consistent output across departments, helping teams focus on review and refinement rather than manual composition.
