How to search across your files

DataQI allows you to search across all your connected enterprise data sources simultaneously using natural language.

Start a new conversation: In the left sidebar, click the + New conversation button.
Ask your question: In the chat input box at the bottom of the screen (labelled “Ask me a question…”), type your search query. You can ask naturally, for example: “Find all the latest health and safety policies” or “Summarise the Q3 financial reports”.
Send the request: Press Enter or click the send arrow.
Review the results: The AI will automatically route your request to the appropriate Search Agent. Your results will be presented in an interactive paginated table artefact, default ordered by relevance. You can view, filter by search terms, and re-order the results directly within the interface.
Export results: If you need to manipulate the data offline, you can use the Export to CSV option to download the full result set.
